At Indiana University Kyle was a 4 year collegiate cyclist as well as the Sigma Chi Fraternity cycling coach. He has competed in multiple triathlons and cycling events completing his first Ironman in Wilmington, NC in October, 2011. Cycling throughout college influenced his decision to become a Personal Trainer.

At WellStar Health Place Mary Ann teaches aquatic aerobic classes, arthritis aquatic classes, swim lessons for children and adults, as well as land base group exercise and strength training classes for senior adults. She has conducted personal training for clients in both residential and corporate settings.

Patti has been personal training at Health Place for 10 years. She enjoys training a variety of clients of all ages and fitness levels. Patti loves running and weight training and she believes that if you get moving and make exercise a part of your everyday routine you can achieve your fitness goals.

Bob Mabary

Bob has been an avid runner for over 35 years, participating in a number of 5k and 10k events. He is dedicated to making sure his clients have a program of cardio, strength, balance, flexibility and endurance during their training experience. Bob also participates in Yoga and Tai Chi at Health Place. While not limiting his practice to senior members and clients, he feels that he is in a unique position to empathize with many of their goals and issues. He believes that while it is never too late to start a fitness program, beginning earlier is better. He also believes that commitment to a regular, structured program is very important.

Jeremiah Aiken

Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

Bachelors of Science from Colorado State University in Health & Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion.

Former defensive end at Colorado State University

Jeremiah grew up with a love and appreciation for fitness and athletics, playing multiple sports including football, which he played collegiately at CSU in Fort Collins, Colorado. He has a strong background in athletic performance coaching and has interned with the Air Force Academy Football team as a strength and conditioning coach as well as Georgia State. He was also a private school’s strength and conditioning coach here in Atlanta for a year.

Through these great work experiences and his CSCS certification Jeremiah has a tremendous background in Olympic lifts, strength training, lean muscle gain, weight loss and nutrition.
