Medically based fitness centers focus on total health and wellness, inside and out. Prospective members fill out a health history questionnaire which is reviewed by a degreed exercise specialist. All members are offered a complimentary fitness evaluation and program consultation. After the evaluation and consultation are completed an exercise specialist will design a personalized and realistic program to meet your needs.
WellStar Health Place is proof positive that "we believe in life well lived." Built in 1986, Health Place was the first hospital-based wellness center in Georgia. Open to the public,our members include area residents, WellStar employees and physicians and local corporations. Staffed by degreed exercise specialists, registered and licensed dietitians and certified massage therapists, Health Place is the perfect place to meet your overall health and wellness needs.
